Dear All Temp Co., Inc. Customers, 

During the COVID-19 pandemic and since the Friday, March 27, 2020 stay at home order by Governor Roy Cooper, it is more important than ever that All Temp employees are following important steps to protect ourselves and our customers. We are taking multiple preventative measures to stay healthy and monitor our health, as well working hard to provide sanitation and comfort for your home.

Below Are Four Steps We Are Following Daily To Ensure Everyone’s Health And Safety, Before We Come To Your Home:

Any All Temp employee is not allowed to come to work if they are sick, feel they may be becoming sick, or anyone in their home is sick. There is no exception to this rule.

Our managers and job supervisors are checking in daily with their teams to ensure compliance.

All Temp is disinfecting high touch surfaces multiple times every day. Our offices are well stocked with all proper disinfecting supplies, gloves and face masks. 

All Temp employees are instructed not to make physical contact with our customers, including handshakes and even elbow bumps. When scheduling service requests we are asking specific questions to help keep everyone safe. Such as, have you traveled lately, are you or anyone in your home not feeling well. We will also practice 6’ social distancing with customers at all times in your home. Any business that can be done from a distance, will.

All Temp field personnel are being provided the following Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): masks, gloves, shoe booties and disinfecting supplies. All employees are voluntarily having their body temperature scanned every morning.

No Contact Service CallsThe aforementioned measures are necessary to keep all of us safe. I care very much about the wellbeing of my team and their families, as well as our customers’ families. By following these guidelines we can continue serving the public safely and effectively. With so many of our customers and their families working and schooling from home, we have seen an increase in demand for repair services, as well as replacement estimate requests for heating and cooling.
